Olivia Vollmer, Co-Founder and CEO
Olivia has been a technical footwear fit and showroom model since 2007, when she was discovered by technician Nei Ermel who measured her and said, "I've measured over a hundred girls-you're it!" Over the years she has fit for Calvin Klein, Coach, DKNY, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, and various others. She's had the privilege of learning technical footwear fit from some of the industry's top shoe technicians (Roy Russo, Rajko Sajovec, Hilton Martins, Nei Ermel, just to name a few). In 2015, together with her husband Dave, she founded Jane Model Management. With years of experience as a working model and a strong technical background in the footwear business, Olivia has a unique approach to managing model/client relationships and is passionate about finding the 'perfect fit' when matching clients and models. She continues to work as one of Jane's footwear fit models in New York, currently fitting for rag+bone, Alexander Wang, Jack Rogers, Theory, Everlane, J.Crew, Caleres (Vionic, Sam Edelman), Free People, and The Office of Angela Scott.
Dave Vollmer, Co-Founder and COO
Dave came on board with Jane part time in 2015 managing billing and bookings and started full time with the agency in 2019. With a bachelor's degree in business and many years experience managing small businesses it was a natural fit. Dave enjoys all the nitty-gritty nuts and bolts of running a business and nothing excites him more than a good spreadsheet.
Olivia and Dave reside in Holland, New Jersey with their sons, Calvin & Crew, and Boykin Spaniel, Millie.
